Alongside my freelance journalism, I also work as a consultant writer, editor, and researcher for non-governmental and philanthropic organisations, UN agencies, and private companies.

I am skilled at taking complex, sometimes esoteric information, and making it comprehensible to a wide range of non-specialists, through powerful storytelling, and clear and compelling reports, and ghostwritten executive summaries, op-eds, blogs, and speeches.

I also conduct deep-dive, wide-ranging desktop research augmented by journalistic interviews to inform advocacy, strategic communications, impact storytelling, and thought leadership.

I provide advocacy, communications and media support, write and edit documents and reports for internal and external audiences, develop communications strategies and advocacy products, clarify key messaging and provide training in effective communication.
